Hello, I’m Helen Blomfield.
I’ve worked clinically as an Occupational Therapist in multi-disciplinary teams for over 30 years. Since my move to Primary Care I’ve worked on innovative ways to support GP practices, training, supervising and supporting Care Co-ordinators as members of a Personalised Care Team.
My experience of developing new teams in Primary Care Networks gives me a unique understanding of the organisational developments needed for teams to achieve their potential. I now offer bespoke consultancy work packages to help health organisations deliver training, supervision and project development.
